I have a situation unfolding at work, which happened Sunday night and had a conference call with HR and the head of security/public safety, that i had to correct 4 times about a statement that he kept accusing me of. There were only two people involved and the Security guy kept saying things don't add up. Either you believe me, or the other person there was nobody else in the room. In saying this, I find my best arguments of Law in Common Law, primarily of that of Contract and Consent. In closing I believe that the Emergency Act not withstanding the use of the War Act in 1971 which was almost equally detrimental. I cannot say for Certain regarding the War Measures Act of 1971 what occurred but what I can say is The Emergencies Act served a very hard blow to our " Justice " community as Attorneys, Prosecutors, and Judges alike, sat dumb while the atrocities of the Emergencies Act occurred.
