Hi! I'm a member of Rose Drive Friends Church in Yorba Linda, California. On this channel, I read the passage from our church's Bible Reading Plan each day. Together we will read through the whole Bible over four years!
Why read the Bible out loud?
The public reading of Scripture is an ancient liturgical tradition, even older than the Christian Church, and it was the primary way in which people were exposed to Scripture for most of history. Though it is also sometimes appropriate to exposit a passage in a sermon with modern application and personal anecdote, the biblical texts were also designed to simply speak for themselves-literally intended to be read publicly in one sitting!
In short, we read the Bible out loud,
because it is meant to be heard.

You know that was in reference to the northern kingdom. The house of Joseph (menessah ) who is to return and join with the house of Judah. It is not about today's Israel as the lost Tribes have not yet returned and Israel is not complete.
It's not today's Israel (Israeli Government) either because they are opposed to the Son of God, Jesus--Yeshua. The Heavenly Father will not accept any man-created government that denies the Son. God has no tolerance for golden calves, which is what Talmudic Judaism is now.
