Deeba Danda is 8,750 feet high and one of the toughest treks in Uttarakhand. I highly recommend starting the trek at night to have a magnificent sunrise and sunset view. However, be prepared, as this trek can feel like walking on a sword's edge. In many instances, you will encounter steep valleys on both sides, and you'll need to navigate through boulders, under trees, and steep inclines, making it one of the toughest treks. This trek also goes through dense forests.
Whether you trek in July or any other month, once you reach the top, you'll need multiple layers of clothing to stay warm, which I have personally experienced.
FYI, there is another mandir by the same name. Locals call it "Choti Deeba Mata," "Choti Diva Mata Mandir," or "Khatali ki Deeva." This one is located in the Dhumakot block of Uttarakhand. There is a temple, Choti Deeba Mata at the starting point of the trek, once you reach the top, there is Baddi Deeba. I want to highlight that this one is at Khatali or Khatali ki Deva, which is an easier trek that takes just 2 hours to reach the top, and you can return the same day.

The mandir in my video is located in the Pokhra block, Rasonli, or Rasoli ki Deeba, Uttarakhand. This moderate to tough trek is 5 to 6 kilometers long.
