I want to share my love of Ladybird books...especially the classic ones. I have collected them for many years so have an extensive collection. If you have a particular request please let me know....if I have it then I’ll read it!!😊👍🏼
Many of these books were printed in the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. They show scenes, ideas and processes which may seem very outdated to our way of thinking now. But visiting the books of our childhood can be very nostalgic for many people. I hope that you find pleasure in looking and listening to these books.

I remember thinkjng as a child, why marry that cruel and greedy king, he had already threatened to kill her?! Loved those books, my favourite was The Elves & the Shoemaker. ❤
Witch was always so scary. Still is and I'm 26

Our childhood storybooks
This scared the crap out of me as a kid.
😁
What is the moral of this story
I'm from Canada and could not think of the title of the book my mom used to read to me. No wonder! All I could remember was that it was about a character named Piggly Wiggly and when I googled that I was getting grocery stores. Thanks very much!
Goldilocks was lost that she went on the Three Bears House.
Thank you. The Bear and the Little Cat loved it.
This is similar to The Big Pancake 🥞
I remember reading these in primary school
These ladybird books were fantastic when we were young 👏
Fabulous 😊
You have a great reading voice - and are reading some of the wonderful older ladybird books; thank you for this!
@emilyzena7070 Thank you. That's very kind. If you have a particular Ladybird book you'd like to hear then let me know. If I have it then I'll read it! 🐞📚📖
Heck, I had this book when I was a little girl! 🙂 And the Snow White, nursery rhyme and Rapunzel ones too. I loved the illustrations! 🙂👍
Why are wolves brown?
I can't believe she walk all the time barefoot 🦶 all the time in the 7 dwarfs house 🏚 if she was real i would love ❤ that she would come in my house 🏚 take her shoes 👠off and walk barefoot 🦶 in my house 🏚 and i would love to touch her feet 👣 and her toes all the time ❤😍🥰🌹
Such a sweet story with gorgeous illustrations
Aww, fab, thank you, I loved this book. i've had a hard time lately, this takes,p me back. Laid in bed listening 😊😴😴😊
Excellent! 😮
Poor mouse 😅
Tigger should’ve made up these creatures called Heffalumps and Woozles. Rabbit could’ve called him out for it. Rabbit says Tigger what happened just now? Tigger asks just when? Rabbit says when you told Pooh about these made up creatures. Tigger says so what if I did? You know Tiggers don’t like honey at all I told him all that stuff because I decided to tell him about them so I could give Pooh a nightmare long ears. Rabbit says Tigger you know there’s no such things as Heffalumps and Woozles. Now were they any after you left Pooh’s house? Tigger says no they weren’t any. It was only a flood. Rabbit says well I do take that as the right answer but you can’t expect anyone to hear your tall tales. That’s utter nonsense there are no such things as Heffalumps or Woozles and that’s all there is to it. Tigger says sorry long ears. Rabbit says that’s quite alright now we better hurry and save Pooh and Piglet before anything else happens.
Nostalgic 😌😌❤️❤️
I'm 40 yrs old girl 😂❤
Can somebody please draw the pages where Pooh had a scary nightmare about Heffalumps and Woozles? I’d be appreciative if you did
Such a sweet and smiling drawing. Makes ones day 😊
The reader sounds exactly like Dame Emma Thompson
Really nice voice!
