Exploring the Mind, Body, and Soul The concept of aligning the mind, body, and soul is about achieving harmony between your thoughts, physical health, and inner spirit. It’s a holistic approach to personal development that recognizes the interconnectedness of mental clarity, physical vitality, and spiritual fulfillment. When these three pillars are balanced, you can unlock a deeper sense of pur...

The Breath of Life
Переглядів 1928 днів тому
In this episode, we explore a profound concept rooted in psychology and mirrored in the rhythm of reality itself: the cycles of expansion and contraction in our lives. Much like each breath we take-an inhale drawing in possibility, an exhale letting go-our experiences, emotions, and growth all follow this natural ebb and flow. Life pulls us outward into growth, new experiences, and connections,...
Social Anxiety 101
Переглядів 41Місяць тому
Social anxiety quite literally ruined my life-not only by preventing me from socialising and developing relationships but also by making me so secluded that I refused to leave my house in case I might run into someone I knew. I contrast that state of mind with how I feel now, and I feel like a different person. My ability to socialise is probably the strongest aspect of my character, and I freq...
A Mirror Of Existence

What does it mean to be seen? To truly be seen is to have someone recognize and acknowledge the essence of who we are-not the roles we play or the masks we wear, but the deeper self, the soul beneath the surface. To see ourselves in this way is equally profound; it means recognising our core truth without the distortions of ego, fear, or societal conditioning. We often go through life enacting ...
Just Pull Yourself Together
Переглядів 46Місяць тому
Have you ever thought about the concept of "getting yourself together"? This seems to be a common phrase people use to label someone who is struggling or out of control. They just can't seem to pull themselves together. But when you think about it, isn’t it a strange idea? How can someone "pull themselves together" if they’re already there? Most people, when making this judgment, refer to the i...
The wisdom of the body
Переглядів 126Місяць тому
Dissociation - a feeling of not belonging or feeling connected. Inhabiting a body means feeling your feet on the floor, the sensations of touch and belonging to the vessel that carries the mind. Unfortunately the feelings of the body often get suppressed due to an over attachment to the narration we find in our minds. Coming at a cost of us feeling like our bodies are something that are us. thi...

Stop Falling Back Into Old Habits
Переглядів 309 місяців тому
Set a goal - get motivated - promise to start gaol tomorrow - tomorrow comes - don’t start - beat yourself up - plan to start tomorrow - give up on goal - stay stuck. Why is this such a common pattern for people in the 21st century? People can’t seem to change. Simple behaviour change runs deep, our mind is a pattern recognising machine. The more an action has been fulfilled, the deeper the con...

Just a little advice if your gonna make short videos on motivation, it needs to have music, gameplay in the back and get to the point, it might not be what you like but that’s the only way to grow on shorts or tiktok or where ever your posting

Thank you mate, really appreciate the comment. I’m slowly realising that you have to play the game with social media to grow. Not something I enjoy or particularly want to do but it’s a must if you want to get your content seen. I will add music to my next shorts, appreciate the comment 💪

Love the PowerPoint style Alex, and some valuable insights as well. Clarity is so important, something I’ve been showing up everyday to refine, and my vision is getting clearer and clearer. What I actually want, what I am actually going to achieve in my life that is authentic to me lol. Keep up the great work my man 💪🏼

Thank you Cam, always appreciate the support mate. Been watching your videos quite a bit recently mate, got some good content coming out. The fasting and diet video you done recently were really good dude, it's good to see you keeping up with the consistency. Clarity is key mate, we dont want to spend our whole life climbing up the wrong ladder. just really hard to find what you want when there's so much input from others all the time

Great ep, really sound advice as well bro. Can definitely relate to being self-analytical, and having that voice of self doubt in your head - filming videos and really practicing articulating yourself makes you better at dealing with it, and I’ve come to realise that I shouldn’t hope for it to go away but instead realise that it’s an irrational thought, and return my mind back to the present, which like you said meditation helps with. Keep crushing it G 👊🏼

I thought it was super helpful advice especially when you mentioned being in more uncomfortable and embarrassing situations to work through the anxiety slowly over time. Thank you for this video, really appreciate how you weren't afraid to be vulnerable because it means a lot knowing others who share the same kind of experiences as me.

Thanks for the comment mate! You’ve made my day lol, it’s a really tough situation dealing with social anxiety. For years I felt I was never going to get out of it. The journey overcoming it gets hard but stick with it and you’ll be flying, the quicker you are to act on getting uncomfortable the easier you’re life will become. It’s something I wish I did alot sooner
