I have met familes from Karachi and unfortunately they are bringing the tribal type mentality here in Islamabad. They firmly believe in class structure, Ilaaqa, muhalla, caste, urdu speaker vs non urdu speaker, local va non locals, hatred of Punjabis in general. If you are shifting then please change this narrow mindset and dont consider locals as inferior and Karachites as super class.

I belong to a middle class famliy who can't afford those crores worth bungalows of Islamabad. For better Studies and facilities me too want to shift in Islamabad, I had made my mind to Rawalpindi but have listens so bad about the environment there plus those pindi boys sort of things so Can someone suggest me best places to move like where all the facilities lies and the houses are too affordable, my first priority is Islamabad and all those near places to it and whether I should shift on rent or buy some sort of house pricing 8-10 million.
