I thought the culture differences between Philippines and India are a lot smaller than If you were a Filipino - American or a Filipino - UK couple. Talking of Taxi drivers I had terrible trouble at Manila airport in 1998 on my first visit, then on walking out of the hotel in Ermita in the early evening when 3 youths were lining up to rob my expensive video camera from me. First one got a shock when he tried to take me down and the other two ran off squealing like little girls. Anyway that was only the first time in Manila, but Cebu seems a lot safer on the whole. I would go to India one day but it would be with one of my Indian friends and their family, be a lot safer that way. By the way there are enough Beep Beeps every minute of every day in Philippine Cities, the provinces are much better though. Thanks for the video though
