Good day. I bought this kit/ But i get overheat with thermal pad and with thermal paste. Wich thermo interface i have to use ?:(

If you have simple anodizing, then this means very poor heat transfer. Thermal paste is also not a competitor to soldering. In addition, over time, the heatsink will deform and it will no longer fit to some chips.
Is this the exact same solution as s19?
@@patriknord998 I bought this kit. remained overheating. We used thermal pad and thermal past not enougth heat transfer :( Interesting what used s19 ?

То что нужно спиливать верх чипов наждаком- это большая проблема и сложность . Надо было сделать радиатор из металла который не проводит ток.

@@MrFutu8 Да заказал в сборе. В комплекье радиаторы винты гайки проставки пластиковые и прокладка. Парни установили на прокладки-перегрев, установили на термопасту- перегрев. Надо знать какой термоинтерфейс нужен для BM1397AG. Чувствую не работает жэта тема:( если кто пробовал отпишитесь как у вас с результатом.
