How far do you space the ferns out when planting?
My variegated loropetulum reverted back to the dark purple What happened? I have 8 plants from north and South Carolina growers. I live in California.
Very helpful thank you!
I hope you are no longer promoting an invasive species that will out compete native plants, especially when there is an incredibly easy native swap - the blue flag iris!
Thanks so useful clear explaination.l notice one of my station is not working and what is A,B,C,D in the programme botton .thanks a lot

Hi there, I just found this video. Thankyou for the helpful information. I know you said the name of the yellow plant in the background but I can’t seem to find it. Could you please tell me the name of it so I can look it up. Thanks for your help
Looks amazing !!
Teddy Bear 🧸 Magnolia?
Those Buddleia look very nice. I've grown cuttings for Hebe, Hydrangea, White Buddleia, Spirea & Lavender. It is very rewarding when they survive and flourish for many years. Most of these are now on my channel header and I made a new Hebe video which shows these cuttings on their journey into big shrubs. My White Buddleia cutting from July 2014 was my second cutting I've ever taken, the first being an Epiphyllum cutting 15 years earlier. I took cuttings from this plant in July 2018 which I'm glad I did. Sadly my White Buddleia died in May 2019 so I took lots more of cuttings from it and made a special video then. This happened in May 2019 on my channel.
Does it really produce flowers if grow in container..??
Stunning. Got to have some!
Thanks alot for posting this video. I'm planting some of these trees for a wind break. how far apart would you plant them. thanks
Thanks for your video. I have a double flower blue chiffon shrub; I thought the single blue hibiscus was called Blue bird?
You are correct! I think I bought a mislabeled plant.
It's wasteful to keep them running during the day
It's wasteful to meep them running during the day
How can I contact you to view my property. I love the curves and plant selections. I love the lime light hydrangeas, hostas, Loriapi/varigated monkey grass, oak leaf hydrageas and some type of blue fir, oak leaf holly, native azalaes , crabapple trees.
wonderful landscaping Rick. Do or will you do a job in Columbus, Ga. Midland to be exact.
I had this installed in April. Some areas are greener than others and the real hot and dry weather in May didn't help. How long until someone sees real results after installing tiftuf?
Is this lawn in Macon? I am considering TifTuf. Thanks
yes it is in Macon
Those oak trees next to the house will become a shade problem in the future.
How does it compare to latitude 36
My tiff tuff looked amazing for a year, such an awesome new product!! Problem however is; I’m having to cut it higher and higher each mow otherwise you leave brown patches. Now I can’t mow it any higher. It’s sold to be amazing, but it is FAR from flawless. My dog has access to the front lawn to pee, and if it’s been dry the dead patches are there for over 2 months. Recovery is very slow compared to buffalo type grasses. Shade tolerance is nowhere near as good as buffalo. It looks good from afar but dramatically thins out. And looking down on it would have only 20% coverage. Should I just cut it at half height and let it grow again - in the past if i accidentally take too much off, it takes months to recover???? It’s starting to look like shit the longer it’s down! Ahhh! Got the vest quality top soil money can buy. Over 3-4 inches thick. Fertilise as per instructions. I don’t know what’s wrong. Like I say. For a year, it was a show stopper but is gradually looking worse. And this mow height issue is annoying.
EVER GET A RESPONSE TO THIS?
McMasterovoxo McMasterovoxo no, I didn’t. I have scalped the back yard to a middle mower deck height. Everyone’s lawn here is GREEEEEEEN. We have been getting constant rain. My lawn is now a constant shade of brown after cutting down a little. I’m going to keep cutting it at this same height every 2 weeks and not back off. Front yard I have only gone down 1 notch from the top but it has 40% “dead” looking scalp marks throughout. I’m going to persist mowing the back yard at a “normal” height and see how it goes. If you let it get high just once, the stalk of the grass turns brown and it thins out below. Looks like shit!!!! Makes it hard to go on holidays and neglect it for 4 weeks. They say it’s low maintenance, but this is he most high maintenance grass I’ve ever owned.
@@ibsn87 I'm sure you've learned this by now, but bermuda has to be cut far more often than every 2 weeks. You should be cutting often enough not to cut more than 1/3 of the grass blade off. Likely every 2-4 days for bermuda
@@dhollis26 yep, the lawn chemical companies love it, because it looks shit hot in photos, but they don’t show you photos of its dark side. They make a fortune from this type of high maintenance grass…. To manage it you need to treat it like a golf course, put a lot of money into it and don’t you dare skip a mow. Don’t have a wet rainy week or go on holidays while you’re at it. Fertilize, aerate, scarify, growth inhibitors, acelepryn for lawn grubs, pre emergent herbicides. Stays very green without water but does not grow unless watered regularly. And become its slave to mowing. It presents perfectly. Until you go away on holidays and or unable to mow due to 2 weeks of rain. If it’s cold season, you’re left with junk looking grass for the rest of the season. You cannot cut it lower else you kill it. You must wait until spring and cut it back to ground level and regrow it every year. Then top dress and mow every 3 days. Half of summer your left with dirt as you regrow it. Do not buy this shit grass if you live on a normal suburban block. It’s the BEST grass in the year for about 3 weeks. There is nothing you can do to stop the brown “trunk” / stem of the plant growing up. You are forced to cut higher and higher. Until it starts to thin out as you inevitably scalp sections. I’ll never buy it again. I was one of the very first in aus to get it here. It’s the brown stem that kills it for me. Most other grasses can tolerate a wet week or a single event of not being able to mow for 2 weeks.
