The first part is a combo so you can't unless they drop the combo or something character specific happens. As for the Fly Pressure in the corner. Try to push block and super jump away if you can and block or counterattack when you can.

It’s a loop cancel with winter soldiers stance. As for cap it’s the loop with his special normal forward heavy which lets him loop.

Two reasons. The any% lets you change the damage setting to high. The second reason is for whatever reason Tron assist damage isn’t scaled to guts so it just does maximum damage on the multi hit (not all hits hit everytime) but still does max damage cuz it doesn’t scale. Idk of another assist that does this. Thanks for the view and comment. Yeah Megaman legends did deserve more.
