Video idea - A video about finding that “core group” of war addicts for your clan who literally will manage your entire clan for you. The serious war players who plan the entire war, decide who will attack who, they fill war ccs and coordinate everything. They pick who gets included in the wars, they pick CWL rosters and stuff. You know what im talking about.
Great point! The perfect state. I look forward to finding those active players who are Leaders too! Do you have this in your clan or are you more looking to exemplify this yourself?
@@xDiegoMontalvan We do have it in our clan. Our clan was founded just 2 months ago and is already LvL 6, soon going to lvl 7. A small group of higher level players (th 13s-17s) founded it and grew the clan to a really good state in just 60 days. We've crushed every clan in CWL so far and are a bit more relaxed in wars, but yea the basic rules are upheld. We're growing by the day and even have a second clan for members under TH12 to play CWL in. Goes to show how important that core group of leaders truly is. They're managin two entire CWLs. In my opinion, to "rebuild" a lvl 18 clan, just get some good friends within the game, preferablly higher townhall players (TH 13s and above). Once you have just ten people like that, who are active daily and take pride in representing the clan in wars and CWL. Since the clan is already level 18 newer players will more than liekly be attracted to it. Thus. easy rebuild. I mean it will take time but that clan wont go anywhere, even if you do. TL:DR Strong and loyal leadership is the way to go.

Hey, I just joined the clan, only th 3 made a new account to join the clan my main account is in a class clan so can't join with that, on my main I'm a almost max th12. At which th do you think it is reasonable to sign up for CW.
Great! Hope you're able to build it fast and effectively! I used to lead the class clan back in the day so I get it. Where we're at, ideally we'll do TH10 and above for CW. However, I'll revisit this as we grow. Let me know if you want me to make videos on other topics!

Im a leader of a master 2 clan. My clan was built from level 1, and we just leveled up to a level 10 clan. I fully agree with everything said. I also try to empower my elders to speak up when they see a weak attacks, kick players that are inactive or toxic. I tell them all the time "your an elder for a reason"
Great point I love it! Leadership encouraged at all levels. The elders that show that ability are for sure co-leader material, if they walk the talk too with attacks/donations/etc. Let me know what else you'd like me to cover, cheers!

I'm having trouble recruiting new members for my clan. Do you have any tips on crafting an appealing clan description, selecting the right options, and setting appropriate restrictions to attract the ideal players?
Restrictions shouldn’t be too high or low. Focus mainly on keeping loyal players that are already in your Clan and slowly grow it. Build the environment new players would wish to stay when they do arrive. From time to time, players join new Clans in groups which is nice
Jaycee answered like I would, regarding the clan description.. Make it akin to who you are as Leader, because that is how you will be leading the clan and inspiring others to be, so you want to attract people who resonate with that. Don't overthink it and you'll get it done!
