silly me I thought mozzarella was made using calcium chloride and rennet and cottage cheese is made with white vinegar therefore this is a cottage cheese you made?? Like the firmness of it rather than the traditional cottage cheese look

I'm confused, you say 3/4 cup of icing suger, and then after you mixed you put another lot in, so is that 3/4 cup divided into 2 batches or 2 lots of 3/4 cups 🤔..
