In Korean modern tradition this is knows as carrot noodles or carrot button recipe. Carrot noodles are a creative and nutritious twist in contrast to the age-old traditional noodles. These dishes are low-carb, vegan, and gluten-free.
In this video as an Indo-Chinese version of this dish as Carrot Gnocchi Manchurian which is attempted with carrots and spices. This adaptation of Carrot Gnocchi Manchurian presents a healthier alternative to the traditional Vegetable Manchurian recipe, eliminating deep-frying while preserving the dish's signature flavors.
