So insightful and awesome!! These are the best format and most specific audio production conversations out there. As a non-professional music producer who doesn’t actively work in the industry this is invaluable. I can’t just go to Starbucks and start chatting with strangers about boosting 1.5khz on my bass track, or favorite vocal chains. Please never stop doing this!!

This is my new favorite podcast. Been binging ever episode over the last couple of weeks.

I love a good video podcast so I'm sad to see that this episode doesn't have a video attached but it's Alina so of course I'm still going to listen. I don't understand why you didn't include the video too or why the episodes with videos are portrait and have the subtitles... That works great for short-form content like shorts but for an hour-long episode, it's annoying and hard to watch. The titles as well aren't the best. Doesn't tell me who Alina is, what she does or what she's talking about here which is also annoying because you've put it in the description... so why not the title? "K-Pop Producer Alina Smith on creating a signature sound & the K&J-Pop Music Industry" whilst not the best title it's still 100% better than just "Alina Smith". You've teased these episodes MONTHS in advance. Pretend you're holding a rubber band with both hands. Hand 1 is you and hand 2 is your audience... The longer you tease the episodes the more you pull the rubber band. It's good to have some tension so you can build hype and get people excited but eventually, the rubber band is going to snap and your audience will no longer care. Justin, you are a great host and these are great episodes but you're blasting them through a megaphone that's not even turned on. From the titles to the thumbnails to the non-existent video that you teased there's for sure stuff that you could improve on. I'm not commenting on this from a place of hate but from a place of pure confusion. You have the titles... just buried in the description. You have the video you just either post it before or after the audio version (which isn't even necessary on UA-cam. Nobody's going to UA-cam to listen to podcasts, they're going to UA-cam to watch video podcasts). You don't have the thumbnails but a properly sized version of the current thumbnail would be better than the cropped square one. ❤❤❤
