Usually, when i rebuild the Chiefs since they are my favorite team, i play Pittsburghs defensive scemeso, then its a 3-4 defence, and Leo Chenal gets a lot of sacks Usually. But just an idea for you

How do you get the updated rosters?
You can do it from the creation center on the home page. Click ‘download community files’ from there you can search a ton of cool community created rosters.
