The pallet block nailer is a two operator machine used used for block and pallet nailing. Once the pieces for the pallets are placed by the operator the machine quickly nails them together. The fully assembled pallet is then transported to the back of the machine and stacked.

The lumber sticker and off sticking stacker features an in-feed deck where several stacks of lumber can be placed for processing. The lumber is brought onto the sorting deck by the tilt-hoist and regulated by a relay. The board flusher keeps the stacks even and lasers help the operator keep the stack width consistent.
