iam getting uneven body particulary my left lats muscle is small compared to right can you advice anything regarding this unequal growth of muscle 😢
It's your genetics, so you can't change it. But there is an option you can do. Train your small muscle more. I think it can help you. Train hard stay consistent

I think you shouldn't tighten your shoulders and do not tell beginners exactly how wide their stance should be as I think it develops naturally when you start to find your style (as a soviet boxer I have very wide stance) + I don't think you need to turn your foot when jabbing as it makes everything little slower but that comes to style.
