@@TaniaKotej It was so great, better than I could have hoped for! There were all sorts of skill levels there so I didn’t feel out of place. I think you might surprise yourself if you tried something out, the amount of confidence you can feel from doing something hard and coming out okay on the other side. It kind of tells yourself “I am capable of doing hard things.” I also did not do sports or have athleticism growing up either. We get to keep defining ourselves and decide who we want to be and I find that thrilling! (I might recommend a beginner’s adult ballet class as a starting point, especially if you love music. I have a friend who has a channel called Ballerina’s By Night. Her and her friend bonded over getting into ballet as adults and recorded their journey and share some classes and tutorials. Also Kathryn Morgan has some great classes as well, but hers are often geared to aspiring young professional dancers.)
