Evn in d early days like 30 yrs ago, Qantas ws synonymous wth lousy inflight service n d poor attitude of d crew. Looks like things havnt changed, if not gotten worse.

Always awesome videos, Aidan. Qantas is never my first choice these days. The outdated A330s just don't cut it anymore. I have never encountered rude staff on Rex or Virgin, just on Qantas. Keep up the great reviews.

Australians were once proud of Qantas . The staff and management hate customers. Customers are an inconvenience to them. They lie to your face and don’t reply to complaints.

From your video, it seemed like the guy flight attendant was the only cheerful one of the group. It's interesting that the Australian lemonade is different from the American lemonade. I almost forgot that.

I gave up on Qantas because of the crews.Very ordinary, not the best ambassadors for Australia.

Great review, not a fan of Qantas on their 737 flights due to lack of leg room but their A330 is comfortable, I flew QF from HKG to MEL a few months ago. Flight was quite empty and had an exit row

I wouldn't necessarily call this rude. She was direct and to the point. It's economy not business class

Last flight was Qantas to Hong Kong. Eight hours with one meal and one drink, never saw the crew the rest of the flight. I agree with other comments that cabin crews need retraining or sacking. Now flying Singapore Airlines, service is exemplory. Qantas is no longer our national airline it's a disgrace caused by Joyce.

Us older ex crew now retired we had a blast with pax lots of crew great service these days less cabin crew and now no time to chat with pax

I fly QF regularly including just getting back from a weekend MEL-PER-MEL trip in J. The crew out on the A330 were really good, the crew on the way back needed a Mchappy meal. I think they just need to be more consistent.

The staff are the reason I no longer fly Qantas, they all need to be retrained or sacked, and I am sure other passengers loved listening to your review at 1 in the morning.

As I kid I loved the A330, but now that I fly quite a bit I have to say that every single A330-300 experience I had was bad. Mostly because of terribly dated interior (looking at you SWISS) but somehow also the crew? Not sure what's up with that plane type :-D

Obviously you did not have Paula as your crew. She is Brisbane based and does mostly Japan flights, then Singapore. You never said anything about the plane from Brisbane to Adelaide. Looked small, what was it?

I tried the Qantas club lounge in Sydney recently and for what you pay it had very poor food and hardly a power point im sight and no shower rooms.

I haven't gone on a flight in a while (like almost 6 years) and certainly not internationally. Honestly can't wait for the next time I fly (assuming I don't get any Delaystar action, I won't talk about the MEL-OOL flight I went on). Nice video though!

So do passengers on the Qantas A330 have to use the technology to order their preferred meal? As an old person, I find the need to use technology to be a challenge.

I’ve travelled the same journey. From the lounge and flight. However when I arrived in Tokyo I decided to get a private transfer to my accommodation.

Hey Adrian sorry for the late comment but the reason the N.R class used for the route on journey beyond’s request these trains have no reason to go really fast because pacific national is a freight train company so they don’t need to fast so it is pretty inconvenient that journey beyond has to use pacific nationals trains

Outstanding video. I find flights to and from Japan have better catering service. Yeah, sometimes I don't understand why airlines send aircrafts with old cabin for long-haul flights like this one even though they have newer planes.
