You walk the talk! The Psychosocial Safety Summit 2024 was a highlight of the year. Bring on 2025! 🙌
You are such an incredible cheerleader Jade! Thanks for always being in my corner.
Congrats Nic, great job.
Thank you!!! xx
Oh my goodness you went the wrong direction you can't have my name and be a Democrat I just can't happen know that's why I'm above you on the search bar here you have to be a republican tour get off away from my channel
I’d like to get this book. I agree with Dr Crawford Spencer that there is more protections against sexual harassment than there are against workplace bullying
Thanks for the comment! You can order Liz's book through her website, and we are looking at details on a virtual book launch over the coming weeks. We'll keep you posted!
Congrats Nicole on your THIRD Psychosocial Safety Summit! So excited for this & love how you are diving into such profound topics. Can't wait to capture you & community! 📸🎥💪
Thanks Jade! We have to dive into the tough stuff if we want to find solutions. We're here to make it easier! So excited that you will be capturing the event 😍😍😍
Thankyou I really needed to hear this today
You're welcome 💛
I like shiny objects too!
Thank you both. Simple recognition goes a long way with employees.
You're welcome :) It sure does Shaun!
Well explained by an intelligent human behaviouralist . I’ve always believed workplace conflict can be positively managed if addressed but unfortunately these days more outsourcing of HR , working remotely or internationally and less middle management leads to zero personal attention to fixing it. Recognition is more important than a pay bonus to many people.
Great points - thanks for sharing!
Thank you again Nicole, these conversations as so important.
They are! Thank you Blyde for all the work you do, and for sharing your insights and expertise 🙏
❤❤❤
I love this. Makes so much sense.
Thanks Shaun! Glad you enjoyed it
Brilliant episode Nicole!!
Thanks Blyde!
I'm beside myself as to how accurate this is. Impressive work 👏🏻
Isn't it wild?! 😂
You explained so beautifully ❤
Thanks 🙏🙏
Thank you for sharing this and pushing this conversation! I really hope it catches on -- people being nicer to each other at work should be good for us all.
You're welcome J D and I agree. Thanks for your kind words 🙏
thank you - quite helpful.
You're welcome Ivan. We're glad you found it helpful - thanks for the feedback 🙏
