Treating Everyone Like Family
If we treated every employee as a loving family member, we would focus on that individual's growth and not just on what they can do for our business.

Thanks, good video. Not just business but sports, the military, volunteer organizations - any grouping of people with a common purpose and a leader. Movies come to mind - Capt Aubrey in Master and Commander Far Side of the World and Brig. General Frank Savage in Twelve O'Clock High plus many others. The Japanese lean manufacturing techniques were predicated on quality, efficiency but above all, regard for people - the guy on the assembly line.

The more you talk racism the more it exists. And when you hire people based only on race rather on past performance you will have a diverse team of people that can't perform. The N.B.A. is a non diverse bunch of really tall black athletes very good at what they do. How about getting some short Asians and Philippinos on the teams..... guess what would happen???..... yeah...

Well, said Professor! Very few people appreciate the fact that AI is enabling the translation of scientific and artistic works written in the world’s most commonly used languages into lesser-known languages and dialects. This fact alone will expand the number of good minds being able to compare and critically evaluate findings and research in many fields. I attended an AI conference at Carnegie Mellon last June and the wide ranging benefits on analysis and gathering of healthcare. statistics are extremely significant.

However, realize that the Progressive Agenda, backed by mega-billionaire families of fantastic Central Bank wealth (after all, they will not allow governments to print money, only they -- these families -- print money out of nothing, charge fees and interest and repayment to citizens)... these wealthy, mega-billionaire families choke off all education except their brand... that of Machiavelli... and Machiavellian philosophy rules from K-12... to university... to grad school where all judges come from... and that rule is the rats win the rat race, by always being more than a rat. In the face of this... some say that the grand principle is to always do the right thing. Well, yes... if you want your head cut off and handed back to you? The greater understanding is that of Sun Tzu... kindness wins against the Machiavellian crowd... but only with God-given street smarts does kindness win, and only with God-given street smarts... does doing the right thing win. The world is much, much more complicated and dangerous than "always do the right thing." We win via kindness, Sun Tzu and not being a simpleton. I encourage professors and such to read "Where Do We Go Now, LORD? - Burke." It is a fun, page-turner novel explaining this paragraph.

Great video-! fitness-food-relationships-career- and I love how you evaluate yourself. ---good advice --- Focus on improving not proving Patience and attitude are important Don’t quit Control your thoughts Talk about visions and ideas more than talk about other people Life is like an elevator-sometimes you have to stop and let people OFF !! Weak people revenge Strong people forgive Intelligent people ignore What controls your mind consumes your life Admit when you are wrong-shut up when you are right Some people are like clouds-when they disappear, it’s a beautiful day!

Never hire a narc, and if you do, fire them as soon as you find out. They will sabotage others to make themselves look better and they only care about themselves, not the company. If employees tell you there's a problem, listen to them, or you just might lose good people who don't want to be bullied and abused. Speaking from experience. My company hired a guy who immediately displayed problems but management wouldn't listen. Things got gradually worse as he was abusive to everyone, even department managers. We lost two good, long term employees over him, and in the end, the company discovered he was embezzling from our biggest client.

No contact is the only solution. They don't feel emotions or empathy. It's like trying to explain a beautiful blue sky to someone who is color blind. You just can't win. Walk away and never look back no matter who they are. The greatest and only gift they can give is silence!
