Thank you. Please help me?? I’ve just purchased the crosswave pet pro on Marketplace. There is no booklet. I cannot figure out the exact placement of the roller bar. Does it click into place? The biggest issue I have though is, I can’t figure out how to snap the roller guard onto the machine. It just won’t go on. 🤷‍♀️ May I ask for your opinion? Of course I do not expect a response as I am imposing and thank you for the filter info. I just ordered one to replace the one it came with.

Just bought one. It works great. But I wouldn’t use it on big thick spills like spaghetti or cereal with milk. It’s going to be gross to empty the container plus it’s going to stink the fan filter. Every time you use a machine is gonna smell funky.

This is definately the best carpet cleaner. Use with your favourite bissell cleaner solution and add the oxy. For drying, I'd reccomend turning on the heater to expidite the process, especially if the weather is poor, or if your home is already particularly humid. Each time I use it my carpets are completely dry within about 1hr

These Australian / New Zealand units are more powerful than their US counterparts due to higher voltage....correct? Regardless, Bissell is the leader in all things carpet regardless but am I right or wrong on these higher voltage units delivering better performance?

You must also understand this is a commercial from Bissell Australia which in Australia they use 240 volts in a regular plug..lol we only get 240 volts when it's like a central air conditioner or a washer or dryer or other massive appliance but these small units run off of 240 volts because every outlet in the house is 240 volts so they're nearly double the power of anything that you can get in America.
