Great demo!
You should make a way to connect two of them together, one at the load center and one at the solar panel. Then, if you do draw more power than the panel can provide, it trips the "diode" at the panel and power is only pulled from the mains. Once the load drops, it turns the panel switch back on and reverts to backfeed only in the power center box. That way any of those pesky unknown legs can still be used normally when solar production is low.
