@ yes I am but when I fight I always use both sides. My instructor imbedded in my mind that I should always use both side. That’s what makes me the total package. Yes it’s good now but it took him ten years to break me out of it. He would tie my left hand to my waist and made me spar

@gerardabdulemoultrie-thene3008 As an ambidextrous I can tell. It's actually easier for a southpaw than an orthodox for some reason. My instructors treated me more like a test subject than a student lol. Everyone just wanted to see their teachings applied from the perspective of an ambidextrous person. About 45 years since I started this path in Chicago. I wish more people trained both sides adequately. My journey would have been more fun.

His foot was horizontal to the ground, his hips were turned over. That was definitely a spinning SIDE kick. I started with TKD/"American Karate" back in 1978.

@@mack7054-p9s all of my content is only used for self defense purposes so yes . But you have to train this technique at full blast or should I say full speed . That’s the only way to see if it fits you . Every person is not the same. You must train this side kick everyday. Here’s a goal for you . Do this kick 10,000 times on both sides . That’s 20,000 times all together. Only then will you be able to see if it truly works for you.
