Descriptions of jobs to be done, given by a gentle-voiced Irish granddad. These started out because a little tool-obsessed child got a fright and could only be calmed down through descriptions of DIY tasks. The Irish granddad was an apprentice in Guinness brewery as a teenager so knows his trade.

I don’t understand the tool drawings. They are totally unrelated to the jobs he describes. Do you think he is trying to sincerely explain the handyman jobs or is he just aiming for an ASMR following? Strange
He made these for a young grandson of his who has an interest in mending things

I think its absolutely incredible that you thought of this idea and followed through with it. I wonder could you read a good book set in Dublin as another idea? Maybe a book that suits your accent? Not sure what that could be but it would give you something long and good to work with.

+Julia Berardini As Midnight Procrastinator says, it could be to do with ASMR (Autonomous sensory meridian response) - that kind of relaxing tingle you feel with some voices. There are a lot of videos around on UA-cam to do with this, but these, which from the description of the channel would appear to be kind of accidental, are among the best. I hope the Irish gentleman is enjoying the attention his wonderful voice and delivery deserves!
