@@adlemit hi!! The arcade was $1 USD to play each game. You get tokens with cash. They had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. As for the iron, I believe there was one in the closet, but I’m not 100% sure

The wifi was good most days, but it was limited in the guest rooms. The farther from the lobby you got, the worse the connection.

Hey! The smell was not bad at all. The resort is new and sparkling clean. The maintenance and housekeepers work hard to keep it beautiful there.

Hi! I booked directly on the serenade website, and the amount it stated on the website was the exact amount I paid at the resort. I did not see a cost breakdown where incidental fee was mentioned, though I do see that the taxes and govt fees are included in the quoted price. Hope this was helpful. @@explorewithhailey oh ok yea I meant like you know how the hotel has to hold a certain amount of money from your card for incidental charges but at the end of your stay they give you that money back if everything was ok. I was wondering how much they held while you stayed there

YES the coffee bar was absolutely AMAZING (it was near the lobby)
