@allupinya3387 Growing your own food is one of the most important investments along with the land, I think you can make. I appreciate you sharing, I watch a lot of videos about land purchase and building on land. A lot of people don't know about minerals rights, lumber rights, who owns the road to get on your land etc. The average person don't know none of those things and they ain't going to volunteer any information.It's a lot to learn before you just jump out there and get land. That's why I watch and try to learn much as I can.

Also the Sellers Countrytime has a process along with Rural First that made this an extremely smooth experience. Most think that Mineral and tree rights are the same but they are not. I had to be really careful with this. The other aspect is how the Deeds are written. They can have restrictions that will semi landlock you in even if you have an easement.

I learned a lot of things by keeping my eyes open around dogmen. I have a mixture of brothers white/black etc. It's amazing how nothing will ease tension faster than having something in common and being able to be open to new experiences.

Hey man you not lying. I’m stuck with a weird looking pitbull now that I bought my lil girls for Christmas from a black dude in my hometown. The dog looked promising as a puppy but now he’s 1y/o and I don’t know wut da fuq he is mixed with but he’s not full blooded. As a black man I tried to give another black man a chance around here and I got screwed over. I should have never stopped getting my dogs from texas and Louisiana.

You are 100% correct on all fronts. I love Ohio and the towns I've gotten to experience. I'm praying that whoever wins the election helps and does not further hinder things in the United States. Lol...Thank you for the comment. I like my little town as well. About 80% are great for me. Love my neighbors and looking at land with a population of 222 people. I have had more good experiences than bad. But I do have to state the bad ones😂

Same in my little town. Might be 3% black here. Neighbors love me. No problems with police. It's the people outside of my neighborhood that have an issue.

Thank you for commenting. Dayton's nickname is "Little Detroit" people are very friendly there. There are A LOT of blacks in Dayton. Depending on which part you're in. Things have changed a bit in Dayton and surrounding areas in recent years. The West Side of Dayton is where my family and some friends are from. You will find black people there.

GermanTown is another city outside of Dayton everyone would talk about. Not advertised per say you just knew where not to go.

Downtown Columbus every year they would show up at the state house and have a white Christmas display with police protection. That was in the 1990s. Lol mfs don't know tho. But I remember everything

The first shots I was fine after about 500 rounds everything loosened up and it shoots way better with less snap! This and my G45 are my new EDC's.
