I can’t believe my parents let me watch this when I was a kid. The kid on the bike getting his head crushed by the car traumatized me so bad and still sticks with me.
I’m still traumatised by the dialogue before it. Since watching it I go through an almost daily. People aren’t like that and realise they probably are and get very sad haha.

I think with Willie the timing was just odd. Scott said a script was in the works, Cage said he signed on to a movie about haunted animatronics. People put one and one together. Then him being a completely silent protagonist.
