Idaho Bear Hunt Donated By Clark Fork Outfitters
Idaho Spring Bear Hunt with Clark Fork Outfitters. During this hunt Logan passed on a couple bears on day one and harvests a new bear never seen on this bait before. I also break my ball joint on my toyota. However, I we had a sufficient plan to Jimmy rig it to get the truck back to camp to be fixed.

Donated Bear Hunt From Boulder Creek Outfitters - Plus Bonus Sturgeon Fishing With Hammer Down River
Переглядів 4 тис.2 місяці тому
This video starts off with a Bear hunt, donated by Boulder Creek Outfitters. This hunt was auctioned off at my cousin, Austin Landers Cancer Benefit last fall. Jim the hunter in this video bought the hunt at that auction. You'll have the opportunity to see a couple different bears in a tree. Furthermore, we were able to go fishing with Homer Brown, of Hammer Down River Excursions and check off ...
Working Labrador Retrievers On Marking Using Remote Launchers With Oakleys Mountain Top Kennels
Переглядів 724 місяці тому
I joined my buddy Brett out in the field to work our retrievers. I was able to bring my drone along to capture some of the work. Working with dogs is my passion. My lab Famous Amos came from Oakleys Mountain Top Kennels. Brett was generous enough to donate a pup to my cousin, Austin’s Cancer benefit. At the benefit is where I bid on Amos and received him.

Cold Trailing a Mountain Lion // Treed and Freed in Idaho // Screaming Eagle Outdoors with BCO
Переглядів 2,7 тис.5 місяців тому
This video displays portions of the cold trailing that took place. Unfortunately, I wasn’t video taping when I turned the rest of the hounds loose after Annie and Arrow trailed the first several miles. Once they warmed the track up some I turned the last two in with them to As you’ll see once we choose to let the cat go, calling them off by voice makes my life much easier vs dragging them off o...

During this week of running hounds my family and I spent a week in the woods camping with our hounds and family. Even on the days where I have no one with me I always have a blast! Gotta love the sound of the hound.

This is a treed and freed video. Flighty cats like this are perfect for the hounds in training. Once she planted herself in a tall tree it was time to pull the hounds off. Thank You for watching. Enjoy the action packed film.

Thanks Brian, what a great time! Excellent Hounds. Can't wait to spend more time in the woods.
@@linusanlucky thank you, I appreciate it!
That is very nice of them to do that!! 👍👍 Go Leon!!
Crazy I found your channel me and my dad went on a elk hunt and you were our guide. Cool to see you on UA-cam keep after it
Thank you man, I appreciate it. I’ll do my best to supply good content. We harvested some dandy bulls last year. I’m going to start recording more of my elk hunts because I feel people would enjoy seeing those too.
Crushing the videos Brother!
Thank you brother.
Sick video brother! Pretty awesome to see those dogs go to work!
@@walkingonwaterfishing Thank you, much appreciated!
hunters my ass your lazy hunters
Sorry you feel that way
If money is not a problem, what is the best tracking collar set up for high moutain use like the Church or Sawtooths?
Garmin alpha 300 with a TT15X collar
Adding a long range antenna helps too
Finely I find an Idaho hunter to ask this question!! What is the best tracking collar system if money is no object. I can get a ton of info from flatlanders, but real moutain hunters are hard to find. I DO NOT WANT TO RISK LOSING A DOG so tell us what you would buy please.
Sorry for the delayed response. Wish I saw this question sooner. In my opinion the Alpha 300. After telemetry, I’ve had Astro 220, 320, alpha 100,200 and 300. Although the 200 is a great unit the battery life sucks. The 300 by far has the best battery life, and they switched to the improved usb-c charging port. A TT-15 with long range green antennas are nice. For extreme distance improvements I’d keep a magnetic long range antenna on my vehicle. Double U sells a good one. So does Xtenda range antennas.
WASHINGTON INDIANA subscribed....those hound's were choppun up the wood now.....good video brother....
Thank you I appreciate the compliment. Thanks for the sub!
Don’t need the music thank you
Original Waylon would have been better! 😊
I can agree with that. I’ll improve my editing. Check out my newest video.
Nice caption fellas on the view of location of the mountains and hillside. On where , you turn the dogs lose on that cat.
Great. Let's interact together
Hope you enjoy.
Its awesome to watch your dogs work brother!
Those red dogs look and sound good
I appreciate it! I love the loud mouths!
Nice job on a cold track.
Thank you, they did well.
Once me and my Buddy the late George Justis from forks Washington cold trailed a old cougar for 11 hours in August 1995 and finally killed him , he had the best dogs in Western Washington without a doubt and was the houndsmen club president
I love a good long cold trail!
hunting with dogs is for pinheads who don't know how to hunt
Just of curiosity. Why are you hunting a mountain lion? Are there too many? For thrill? Do you eat it?
They are good to eat. But conservation is a big factor.
Buck no having fun! 😂 Great video guys!
Boa noite gostei bom
Awesome
You should post longer videos and much more of them.
Thank you for your feedback. I agree I really need to post videos more often. I’ll add more length to them to provide the feeling of tagging along.
hey brother I am a coon hunter I love to hear them hound's and you have some very fine hound's by the way....the music is a bit much I am not judging you just a little feed back brother....longer video's would be much appreciated....from WASHINGTON INDIANA keep on burning down the timber with those hound's....God bless you and your family and your dog's....and that waylon song was awesome....
I coon hunted Redbones for years can’t beat them they are good tuff hounds 🎉🎉
Good girl Annie!
Love your videos. What breed is the solid black dog, if I may ask?
Sorry, just saw your comment, long past due. The black dog is actually brindle in color. She’s a Plott hound.
Love the video. Hit the 3 lines and hit stop navigation
Howling good time watching the rugged determination of those beautiful "dawwwggs" on the scent in search of the snatch. Dawwgs across dog parks everywhere bark in admiration of the scented skills of your dawwgs. Bow wowwwww!!!!! New US subscriber.
Thanks for the sub, hope you enjoy future content.
Gotta love dogs no matter what color!
Couldn’t agree more
Big redbone fan!
Need a couple kemmers pups for that pack?..beautiful hunting brother
Respect!
Good hound work!
Hey brother, enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing, keep looking up!
Thank you for the feedback
Good kill man
Why are u killing them
This one wasn’t killed. But when they are generally it’s an effort in conservation, and for the meat.
Outstanding reply from a true Hunter one that does not hunt for the kill.... Conservation is the key to anything surviving same holds true for our country.
Thank you.
If you really want to prove you're a man, why don't you leave the dogs behind and the rifles behind and take the mountain lion with your bare hands? Anybody can murder a mountain lion with a gun, even a Girl Scout
But why not use the tools available to make harvesting the cat more effective?
@@screamingeagleoutdoors3092 why is murdering the mountain lion necessary in the first place? You're not killing it because it needs to be killed, you're only killing it because you love to kill
It has nothing to do with proving anything we hunt for the same reason you watch tv or play video games or sports or whatever you do it’s enjoyable. I don’t care if another person knows what I kill, I don’t even take pictures and don’t tell anybody unless they ask. it’s not about that it’s fun and completely natural and acceptable in the eyes of god so we don’t need to justify it to you or anybody else any more than you need to justify watching tv. Animals are here for us to reign over and people like you act like they are our equal they are not they are literally for our enjoyment and food.
@@screamingeagleoutdoors3092 harvesting? 🤣🤣🤣 You make it sound like winter wheat and you planted the seeds and now you have to get the combine and go harvest it. And what do you do with your harvest? Do you take it to general Mills and they turn it into breakfast cereal? People who hunt simply for the thrill of killing have a serious psychological disorder
How about some background on the redbones? (pedigree) Love them!!!
Most of their blood is T-top, I got my first pure bred Redbone pup as a Father’s Day gift from my wife. Annie, my wife likes to say she’s the gift that keeps on giving.
Good looking hounds.
That’s sick
Awesome
What part of Idaho are you in? I was 2/506 in the 101st. I have a Walker, a Redbone, and a Duncan black and tan. Haven't been able to get my first one yet but I've been trying non stop. I can't believe the amount of ground I've covered without seeing any cat tracks. Tons of elk and deer tracks but nothing else besides coyotes occasionally.
I live in the panhandle but hunt both in the panhandle and out of the Hells Canyon. This was in the Panhandle.
NO KILL SHOT! Why the hunt? They are Never an Endangered Species! But they are Very Evasive! We have plenty of them in Texas!
Pictures or ur fibbin
We don’t harvest everything we catch.
True conservation begins with hunters like this gentleman not everything you hunt results in a kill not everything you pray for from God ends up being given.... Conservation is the key to everything surviving much like this country.
Those are a nice looking pair of Redbones. Any particular strain?
Mostly T-top
@@screamingeagleoutdoors3092 I'm not surprised. Tom Solberg's stock.
Awesome video Thanks for letting us watch the dogs work the track all the way to the tree . If you get a chance and like other hound videos check out Mountain Music and Mules My son videos his bear hounds here in Western Virginia Thanks again!!!
Thanks for watching. I’ll check out his video.
I see you went to a can am defender. I run the same rig and would love a video on your dog box. Thank you
@@Schwab-rk4ng I actually run a Honda Pioneer 1000 but that day I was in my buddies machine.
I hope you’re trying to keep hound hunting legal- volunteering, donating, educating etc…. This is under attack, sadly.
Absolutely, haven’t done much volunteering yet, but I definitely continue to donate and educate.
Nice cat Brian Good Hounds doing it !!
Thank you.
The red and white dog where did you get her
The red and white one is a littermate to the black and white one. They are grade. WalkerXRedtickXCur. From a guy in north Idaho.
Hey brother, enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing, mountain music, keep looking up!
Thank you, will do! 👍
Nice red dog for sure 👍🏽
