Jackson High School Jazz Band Three believed they could play at the Kibbe Dome in Moscow, Idaho, eight years ago. Now, they're adults making a difference. I apologize for the lack of audio balance; some students can hear it, and some cannot. This was their journey in their own words.

The very best interpretation of this Mandel/Bergman break-up song! I heard Jack play/sing it "live" many times. I wish Jack had recorded it on CD!

I always thought his trumpet playing on ballads and singing shared several characteristics, ie slow vibrato, lots of lyricism. Fine musician.
