When I created this arrangement, I tried symbolizing it as the process I went through after heartbreak. It starts out very mellow as if someone were still processing and grieving this new life they now have to live (that's also why I went a little off-beat during the first few measures, to show I was lost and didn't know where to go). When the second verse hits, I wanted that to symbolize the process of denial. My "smashing of the piano" is suppose to resemble the anger I had within myself for losing the other person, until finally, I accept reality and end on a high note. The lighting in the background also separates the two main emotions. I know that wasn't too obvious, but I initially created this piece as a coping mechanism to help myself through a break-up. That is until I was approached a couple days after I finished writing it to perform for the talent show. But hey, that's the great thing about music. Everyone can interpret it their own way!

@@gergoduro2880 It doesnt matter, thats an really weak argument. If someone cooks and burns maybe a sauce u also say that it doesnt taste good, even if u cant cook. He prob even doesnt play piano but that doesnt matter, he didnt say i can do that better, he just said that he messed up some parts and he is right with that.

@@user-fw4xd2ht8e No need to start an argument in the comments, fellas. I did indeed mess up a few times, but there's no shame in that. I was 15 years old when this video was uploaded. I've grown since then and this just proves that screwin up is part of the journey to becoming a better artist.
