There are so many big crocodiles in the Ord that we can’t be sure. We do believe Maximus is the big croc with a cow in one of our other videos 👍

We always call this Croc in the video Maximus as all the other crocodiles kept their distance. We are unsure, because there are so many big bulls in the river and have definitely seen bigger 🐊

We just named him Maximus in the end. There were a few big crocs around, none of them wanted to mess around with his dinner and were cautious of him. Big Croc 🐊

We slept on the boat in the narrow gorge area. Great breeze and no mosquitoes 🦟 👍

Hi mate, I know people that have, however I’ve always taken the boat from Wyndham boat ramp 👍

No problem launching a tinny at Domett, but it is a 6 hour 4wd track into there. Tanmara creek is a few hours closer and provides access into the false mouths as well. If you do go to Tanmara, camp 2km into the bush from the boat ramp to avoid the midgies and mozzies. The beaches you see Grant pulling up at are at the needles and are not accessible by 4wd.

Individual bag limit of 4, we kept 2 each and called it a day. They were big enough 🎣

Also, if you need a tag-a-long buddy, I am more then happy to pay my share 🙂

85litres/70hp Yamaha. Can travel from Wyndham to Berkeley river lodge and back using 160 litres of fuel. Usually take 5 20litre Jerrys with me too.
