If you ever end up playing Rudie at some point, I have a fun build for you to try with him: Basically, you equip both Cosmo's Sweet Charm (Reduce Active Ability CD by 8%) and Connie's Can of Snakes (Reduce Ability CD by 5 Secs), then during the run, get both the Rehearsal and Practice Cards to reduce your Active Ability CD even further. Based on some math I did, you can knock down Rudie's Active Ability CD from 23 Secs to around 6.16 Secs. I haven't tested it myself yet, but I'll edit this comment when I do to let everyone know how it went.
