@carli.savedbygrace Paul explains to the Thessalonians, at Christ second coming " that day" what Will happen to us and those who already have "died in Christ " , God Will send them ( saints from heaven, their spirits for the resurrection on earth) we all then receive our new bodies are transported in clouds up in the air to meet Christ, and be with Christ forever. Christ goes to Jerusalem (descending on the mount of olive) and we all with Christ. That is what scriptures teaches. Any other reason/way are against Christ's Words, John 17 : 15 and 20, Matthew 24 : 29 - 31.

The topic about the Rapture causes so many to become irate with reprobate minds! It's highly intriguing that non rapture believers, including those of Christian faith, are like piranhas in which they attack rapture believers and condemn themselves by rebuking their disdain towards it. Their attitude are the same as liberals, atheists, marxists, communists, pagans, etc. Why? I am not sure; but perhaps this is part of the apostasy; also we do know that God does begin to shut people's hearts so they will NEVER receive the truth and that they may believe in the lies they love. These are the End Times after all... But those not rapture will have an indescribable pain of having no church and they will have to survive in a much, much difficult world! I hope they prepare themselves to be martyrs because that will be their only path to salvation. Being a martyr is not a path to be taken lightly.
As much as I'd rather none be lost, let the piranha reveal themselves and God let the sin come to full bloom. And may God strengthen and preserve those who are saved in Christ. May the doubting or confused be given the light and discernment of the Spirit.

The church is judged by her works at the Bema Seat, each member individually. Our works will either burn up or be rewarded. Depending on what was done in the flesh or in the spirit.
