😂 bull shit. I waited 34 days for a fk predator thats been out for years, and when i emailed them they said sorry heres the tracking number its going out today. 23 days later the tracking number juat says waiting on sender 😂😂😂😂 i called capital one and im dealing with this.

they took my money 3 years ago, and never shipped the product, gave me fake shipping confirmation 3 times.

I NEVER HAD A PLROBLEM WITH THEM MAYBE BECAUSE I HAVE SIMPLE ORDERS USUALLY 2 HOT TOYS AT A TIME 1/6 SCALE.

I pre-ordered a figure in August 2023. I sent 10 messages and didn't get a single reply. I then tried to settle things via Paypal, but the 180 days are already over. absolutely disgusting 350€ are gone!

I had one issue and it was handled on the spot and I got a refund without issue

Philip Liu is an even bigger weasel than I imagined and his excuses are sketchy as hell. Why would 90 something percent of their stock be coming from South Korea? Hot Toys is based in Hong Kong and they publicly denounced Toys Wonderland's practices a long time ago in an online letter. Stating that they were NOT an official reseller. His spin on the Justin's Collection situation is also eyebrow raising. I have no love for Justin and think he is complicit in all this, in the sense that he continued to promote Toys Wonderland for so long, but as far as I can tell, he finally cut ties with them because the fact that they were failing to fulfill orders and were screwing over their customer had become to big to ignore. Liu tries to paint it like he was responsible for Justin's success and they had a business falling out because Justin got greedy. What a bullshitter. My interest in all this comes form the fact that I preordered to figures back in the Summer of 2022 and have nothing to show for it but excuses and fake tracking numbers...

Boycott Justin's Collection channel! he personally helped TW with this scam!

I started collecting late 2013 when i first heard of hot toys. Hot toys has warned us since 2015, toys wonderland is not an offical distributor. Toys wonderland had changed its name 3 times since. Since they are not an offical dist. Hot toys will not send them anything thus, causing them to source it else where which takes you 3 times the wait.

they never sent my order out, they stole over 1000$ from me. never got a reply from multiple emails i sent them

I was in the same boat here lucky for me I caught on before it was too late and I got my money back from my bank… but prior to that I did get all the other figures I had ordered from them

I have lost my darth vader DX28 and my money, never answer mails and nobody refounds your money. Toys Wonderland and Apollo are the same.

This guy really needs to go to jail, and for people to get their money back.

They done me for over €700, for instock items - DX02 and John Matrix. Thankfully, my bank sorted me out.

I was never really a fan of Justins collection! I think it was primarily due to his smug annoying voice and that it was all about him! I've never purchased from TW myself and hope all the collectors that did use them get their figures or money back, it takes a long time to get over being ripped off! I go to Hong Kong every cpl of years and pick up most of my figures from there but I also use KGHobbys they have never let me down and i hope they never do! Thanks for uploading this video it will help collectors new and old be more aware of the potential scams 🙏 stay safe and have fun 😎

Fast goods and late goods? "Late" goods are ones that TW hopes to acquire via secondary gray market for a cheaper price but have not secured. They shouldn't take preorders and payment for products they have not secured. And when those gray market goods are not available or the secondary price goes up, then TW just ghosts the buyers and burns them instead of providing full refund. Before TW "customer service" stop reply to my email, they kept saying, second batch, third batch, four batch. There's no such thing. Just delay tactics until it is too late to get PayPal or CC processor action.

I'm out over $1000 between TW and Comics Sanctorum. HT R5-D4, HT Dr Strange for MoM, HT Bucky, Soosoo Starlight, BvS Alfred, and 2x SSR bunny girls.

They owe me a couple of grands worth at least. Bunch of bastards.

The last thing I heard was that if the figure you ordered and payed for goes up in value due to demand, he won't ship it until you pay the new difference or the value comes back down to what it was.

Got email advertising this Toys Apollo company, research led me to this video. Great to know to stay away from that *Scam Site* So sorry to hear so many people got ripped off. Hope you all get some justice.

I was scammed by them and so many people

I ordered 2 items. One was an in stock order and the other was a preorder. After a month without receiving my order I contacted them and they told me to contact my credit card company to get my money back for the in stock order. When I checked the order progress on the site, I saw that they canceled my preorder too without telling me. I think they knew they couldn’t deliver on the preorder, so they just canceled it. I had to contact Toys Apollo and my credit card company again to get my money back for the preorder as well. Also use a credit card to buy online because it’s easier to get your money back from fraud companies.

I still haven’t received my Inart Gandalf from them. $480 USD stolen

Initially, they were pretty good but not sure what happened ? I had problems with them but I was one of the lucky ones that I got my money back after multiple emails . Hope everyone get their figures or at least their money back

I'm amazed that so many ppl are still getting scammed by Toys Wonderland. They've had a tonne of negative press and major 1/6 scale content creators have been warning others about them. Sorry to hear they took your money but this is nothing new unfortunately.

I think also the issue could be they are on stop supplly with vendors which is why they cant fulfil orders

Popcollictible has alos been a huge mf headache, i got all the recipt to show but i ordered a clone trooper back in 2022 and it took 2 years and 20 emails to get my order like jesus i dont even have faith in 3rd party stores anymore...

OMG! Now they've changed their name and here comes business as usual! They need to be shut down altogether. I ordered the Hot Toys Wonder Woman WB100 figure from them. Luckily, I got my money back from PayPal but that is the exact WRONG figure to f*** me around over. I'm STILL angry about it.

I’m going through the same experience. I paid in full an Inart Gandalf and got scammed $480.

They were good for a while. I reached a point where i had about 6 orders with TW that never shipped. Every time i would email them i would receive a reply from a different person? this in itself seemed weird. I started to wonder if it was the same person replying all the time and signing the email with a random British name, like Sarah or Emma, or Kate for example. In the end, i did a deal. Cancelled all 6 orders, give me store credit, and i purchase a number of 'in stock' figures, and TW sent them. I moved on, and did not use them again. It is what it is. They screwed up in the end. I am now using Toys Buying Agent, and he/she/they? are good, for the moment atleast. For InArt i use SugoToys in Australia.

They messed me around but I won in the end paid for four 1.6 figures got one out of the four complained after months then got refunded for all four so got four different ones 3 turned up waited months for the last one kept blanking me bit got a refund for all four again so picked four others didn't here from them for ages contacted one of there you tube lot he got all four sent out the next day .so in total 8 figures for the price of four I know use kghobby

They have been giving me the run around for months before they stopped responding to my emails altogether. I go to their website to find other contact information and I find that they changed their name to Toys Apollo. This was likely done because they have been called out publicly by some well known collectors. I will report them to the Better Business Bureau.
