Got mine and everything voice wise is different. Its just a girl saying basic1 or basic 2 ... Pretty lame comparatively.. I think it still has the function tho, not sure.

I received mine yesterday afternoon.... it's now 6am. I upgraded from a Logitech G29, but had used my friend's CSL Elite which I thought was fantastic until I lapped with the CSL DD. It's not cheap, but it's great value, I have no regrets - even suffering the frustration of waiting nearly 2 months for it to arrive. I could see myself wanting 20% more force for immersion but for me the DD 8Nm has all the detail and force I'll need to get the most out of ACC & PC2 which I'm playing. I have PiMax VR and Bass Shakers, which were very fun, immersive additions when I was using the G29, but with the CSL DD now I actually feel like I'm driving GT3 cars. In the first 10 minutes I turned AI skill up 15%. I'm faster in all the sims I play. I'm able to feel the tires; dropping a wheel into the dirt, different cambers, the suspension un/loading, curbs, the front wheel chattering into understeer when I hook up coming out of a long corner; it's all there with clarity. I can use power oversteer & deep trail brake rotations reliably.

This wheelbase is good, but the worthwhile selling point is, as a mid range option it is very good quality and most importantly the compatibility range of the the entire ecosystem (obviously not as big of a selling point for primarily PC players, because on there, you have many more options to explore, but if you run multiple consoles as well, there really isn't a comparison, especially as a one stop option). Just my opinion.
