Easter Bread
Ingredients:
250 ml warm milk
2 tbsps dry yeast
4 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
2 sticks melted butter
2 tbsps melted coconut oil (optional)
100-150 g sugar
Mix well using wisker and then add,
500 g (or as needed) white all-purpose flour (Canadian will be ideal)
Let it rise for 1 hour, fill your choice containers and leave additional 15 minutes in a warm oven before baking.
Bake at 300F for about 30-35 minutes till golden top (depends from your oven)
Icing Ingredients:
4 cups powder sugar
3 tsp lemon juice
3 tsps milk
I used, 3 egg whites 2 cups powder sugar instead of icing. Have no problem with raw eggs.
