The main takeaway from this is in most cases the guy gets screwed over
She slipped and and fell on a dick so no fuck the good times 😂

RIP Scoop
There still going to move it
Imagine “just tryna protect my future and hold onto my funds,” isn’t an accepted awnser
A divorce should put a stop to all financial support. It’s like saying that a job you left 19 years ago should be required to keep paying you even though you haven’t worked there in ten years.
You can do that with a prenup you sign before marriage. Kids are different though.
It definitely helps
God loves you man
"50/50" don't believe the lies gentlemen sometimes they get you for way more kek
The 1 number 1 cause of divorce is marriage.Smart people just don't do it
It’s ok to do it, just need to get it right the first time. Lol😂
Very true.
Alternate holidays is the one of the best and common systems. However, life can change things and it important to keep good lines of communication with the other parent to avoid ending up in court again.
It was easiest and calmer and best for our daughter to just alternate holidays who she was with, stopping mid day or at night to have to switch a child to another parent's house seemed disruptive and unfair to our child so we'd just take turns, sometimes like Thanksgiving and Christmas we'd just all be together, we were amicable and cordial to each other and Love our daughter more than we had issue with each other, I just don't understand what's wrong with some parent's, it's so damaging to the child to fuss, fight and argue! Ridiculous and immature not to mention selfish
This is very good information
ohh, WOW Good to know.
I like your videos, very helpful for a person going thru divorce.
never can't NO to clients 🤷
Great answer. Totally make sense
nothing wrong with it ;)
It obviously does. If a woman is willing to destroy her family by cheating and no longer having their children grow up with the father of the household. Then they are putting the children's lives in danger. There are plenty of studies showing how having a father outside of the household leads to children doing drugs and crime. So there is a direct link
Doesn’t matter man or woman. Cheating also doesn’t automatically mean it can’t be forgiven or mended. Having one parent is always a bad thing, I agree 100% no matter if it’s mom or dad.
@@nycdivorceattorney it mostly women who cheat, statistically. My father was the president of Florida alimony reform and the fact is that courts view men cheating as a horrendous crime for which they should be permanently emotionally and financially punished while women get off easy under the guise of "if she cheated it must have been for a reason" and always get child custody and off easy. The fact is women raise dumber, fatter and non masculine children into grown kids who have no skills, no drive and live meaningless lives only for themselves instead of fulfilling the purpose god has for them.... on the hole
Messed up.
Depends if you are the cheater or cheated on though.
@@nycdivorceattorney ??? If one person is supporting the family, and the other is cheating and destroying the family. The cheater doesn't deserve the kids.
@@arthurjulien9455 ok. But do the kids deserve to have a second parent that loves them? Stats say yes.
@@nycdivorceattorney ??? What does love have to do with it? What kind of "love" allows an parent to abandon the family? And how can that person, who will now be bringing strangers in the house, be good for kids?
@@arthurjulien9455 It’s all a matter of perspective. If a parent cheated, the other parent has an absolute right to cut them out of their life. But does that also mean this person must be cut out from the child’s life? A child is an independent person and may not care that mom/dad wanted to have sex with someone else - just cares that mom/dad loves them.
Have you been to the gynocentric family courts?
Yes, there is that sometimes. The system is FAR from perfect or fair.
@@nycdivorceattorney I would say it is the rule rather than the exception. Also, I heard many years ago that you shouldn't go to court seeking justice.
It totally endangering the children
So just because one adult decides that they want to have sex with someone other than the person they had a child with in a world with billions of people, the child is in danger? Not defending cheating, but the parent issue should be different from sex with someone else issue.
@ValKleyman It's already been mentioned as being married .. This is just another way to keep women not held accountable ontop of proven questionable anti child choices . They can spout all they want it's about law not morals.. Judges held to life time positions to uphold a sense of morality keeping the generations on page..
The lack of enforcing morality, specifically in family law creates an atmosphere condusive to family violence.
Morality is a slipper slope. Every person has their own set of values. We can't have a court enforce it. BUT...it doesn't mean there is no other place where your karma doesn't get squared away.
This man saying this is a cheater if he can justify it.
Not justifying it. It's a choice a person makes for themselves. However, the legal system doesn't address if this is a "good" choice or a "bad" choice, just how it impacts legal issues.
He’s not justifying it. He’s telling you how the court sees it. And trust me, this is how they see it. Children are not pawns for the ager of the cheated on. They have a relationship with the other parent that is theirs alone.
@@vsand9798 Exactly. Legal system stops short of saying “scarlet letter” the cheater and get the kids away from them since they have “poor” judgement. But it wasn’t always this way and it’s still not this way in other countries.
Well I personally think the cheater is taking time away from family, if he/she has excess time it should be with the kids and wife/husband.
Agreed. But should the act of cheating determine how much you care about your children and what kind of a parent you are?
Well the kids may have something to say about it.
They often do. However, at the end, they just want to be loved by both parents and understand that it sometimes may not be a together situation.
It definitely shows that parent putting themselves first. And as a society do we want self-centered people raising our future societies children? Can you imagine a society full of self-centered people!?!
For the most part, you are right. But there are people that cheat because of momentary lapse of judgement or because they are in bad relationships where they are ignored or abused so it becomes a way to escape instead of just being selfish.
@@nycdivorceattorney to my knowledge adultery has never been a cure or made a bad or weak relationship better or stronger. Not for the adults and certainly not for the children...so I do beg to differ.
It does show that they have a much higher inclination to put themselves first though. That doesn’t mean anything in law unfortunately
Yes. Though it's hard to judge people for cheating, need to go case by case.
Good advice.
Glad you think so!
If you could find a slightly larger empty room, you could get a deeper and more resonant echo going. It would make your video just that much better.
Thanks
If you could whine just a teeny tiny bit less, it would make you a better person.
@@filipkohout4704 Exactly why would you automatically think I care even a little bit about being a “better” person?? Especially “better” as defined by some internet troll.

News ahhh pause
Allot of people don't know this info
Trust him he knows
Thanks!
Mates talk about women
Oh there are plenty of men divorcezillas!
Is this a surprise to anyone? Serious question.
Yes. Sadly, in many family law cases, parents forget that kids don't need to be told nice things all the time to feel loved. They also forget that kids need to feel loved by them after they are not together and that this can be communicated in many different ways.
Is cheating not enough to file for divorce? I see too many couples man and woman just not caring of the consequences.
Hard question, it depends on how and why cheating happens. Sometimes its an error of judgement, other times it's a conscious decision. It makes a difference.
@@nycdivorceattorney error of judgement? Like drunk? Or making a decision to step out of the marriage and regretting it later? I
Not just drunk but a moment of weakness and bad judgement of the situation vs. I'm not happy so I will go look somewhere else
Don’t worry about how much I charge. 😅😅😅
Lawyers generally suck as people.
Its about to take as much from a man as legaly possible
LOL if the money was irrelevant don't you think there would be a lot more charity divorces unfortunately that never happens😅😅😅😅😅
The money is not relevant when it comes to getting through this process. I know the tall it takes on people so if I make less money so that they can get through this faster, so be it.
No, they spread their legs and get a false sense of entitlement from you douchebags! 30second video, this halfwit says nothing! Absolutely nothing. Just imagine how he'll exercise that jaw on your dime!
