I am someone who sincerely offered to stepped up to the plate to help a customer of mine that had been abused by a prior person that was living i. His home and on drugs got him thrown in jail, for abuse. He was 120lbs and she was about 250lbs ….when he got bailed out he had to get a hotel because she had gotten a restraining order on him so he couldn’t go back to his home. He called police to go with him to get his expensive belongings out of the house As they pulled up to the house - she was driving away in his pride enjoy classic car and her son was gone with his old classic truck these vehicles were his hobby, pride and joy that he had invested so much money into …. When he pointed out that she was driving away in his car ….the police said there was nothing they could do. When I heard about this it hurt my heart& I did everything I could to make sure the sweet man never had to live in fear like this again. I did everything I could to help him without pay. It was offered but I refused my concern was for him to feel safe and that his little time left her on earth was stress and struggle free. It truly sickening to me that the only time people will reach out to help others is motivated by what they will get out of it. All I can say is when you are old and struggling in need of help. I feel extremely sorry for you because God will grant you with the same care you gave to this person x 2 - if you are being cared for by someone I highly recommend you reach out to your surrounding neighbors and local family members to let them know you have a caregiver and to occasionally check on you. God bless

These people always end up on the STREETS/HOMELESS. when someone is being ABUSED FINANCIALLY. the worse abuse is to LIVE ON THE STREETS while someone is stealing YOUR MONEY.

Since the last 2 parts of my mothers trust is not filed with the court clerks office and them having my 86 year old mother hid from us 3 kids until her passing it was no problem for them getting my mothers signature .Moms signature on the first 3 parts is relaxed and on the line and the last 2 parts not filed my mom was overly medicated and moms last signature was hard pressed and through the line.Talking about ELDER ABUSE. "IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME WITH THIS I LIVE IN OKLAHOMA CITY".

Thank you so much for your very informative presentation. Thought I am in the US as a Notary Public working to protect our “vulnerable population” from fraud & abuse, we are both working towards the same objectives, regardless of differing laws across our borders. Thank you so much for your efforts, and your service as a Police Officer. You are truly appreciated. All the best. Jm

I sent the sheriff into my aunt's house to see how my 87-year-old mother was doing and all they did was to come out and tell me she was doing alright with no proof she was doing alright. What a joke anything could have been going on with her that they didn't pick up on

As an ancestor, let me tell you who you should choose no one you should get the ancestors built and delivered traditional family lawyers Arbiter Interdiction, to avoid he estate plan, forgers, counterfeiters, and embezzlers. The acceptable use policy recommends parents make their guardianship arrangements and a capacity, planning young and transfer distribute and settle their validated and certified wealth just before the caregivers move it to protect the caregivers and the family. First provision, a caregiver helped her parents clean and gift the small expensive items and have them guess the weapons legally to keep them from walking, as a caregiver, I say, kudos to your fine effort. Let’s keep families out of the executor mess, and trustee mess with a pragmatics of the ancestors. Installing a forgery proof administration with permission ledgers to defend our families from the scammers and spammers

This id theft is quite an extensive situation !!! It seems to run through all these corporations out here. Medicare has a lot of info..police take fingerprints and faaaar faaar more when reading millions of laws on maaany many varieties...to say the very least. My studies were sooo extensive i had to go to the Library of Congress to find out information, cfr codes, bank act words..phrases through maaaaany law books...unconstitutional unapproved forms being told one Has to sign..banks, judges ...this goes from the Dishwasher to the top guy out here. Forgive them....they know not !! They have all, in a Situation that goes back 6,000 years in word studies which None really do, as all have no time but a "std."standard schooling by those who set plenty up, also theough Fed contracts...and it becomes soooo deep, few can really see the totality of deceptive practices, threaded through almost eeeeverything. SS #'s were not to be given out, to anyone...from my notes. Yet all say they Must take your info. out here. Only one Bureau can report...yet all are doing this without any written consent ! DNR...is not what we think...it covers far more than just one circumstance, than one example here, and people need to know the entirety of what is going on. Business law, is not the same as these meritime UCC's. And Corp., inc..Of various styles and then trusts, commonlaw and unicorporated.................ignorance to these laws Is no excuse,...few know them all, very very few. Seems as though there are maaaany powers going on in these forced privitized contracts upon 'a people'. Federal Contracting needs to be looked at, Driver's Licenses have traceable #'s right back to cusip and ss #'s on these long and short and source berthing documents..it is very extensive....to say the very very least. Giardian, medical as soooo many on this now, needs the absolute most investigating. Foundling Documents juvenite delinquent as minority primary and linked "account" when over the age of 25, and these abandoned accounts...this goes into faaaaar more that what the people know. As in..."full disclosure" Must be had on Any Contract....clear and concise...is also required in contracting, which is not what we have at all going on. As evidenced in a so called mis-leading DNR, from extensive reading, but we are all out here re-searching sooooo much mis-construing in languages, used on these forms and a limited knowledge people have nooooo idea how many phrases, are being used, it becomes ridiculous with regards to ones right to privacy while all are in your details on every level and from birth. Phone #'s you name it. Aaaaalll connected, unless people just say No, none can have my details, and then what ? More problems again ? Classified stamps need made unless one writes exact definitions, on what can or cannot be taken from them. Which is of course theft if not wishing it. I hear a passport is a far better option...hard to get that done exactly in accordance to what these courts of various jurisdictions have going on unbenonced, to them, when our Constitution is Clear : Supreme law of the Land and Every Judge Bound thereby. Many gave their own lives to keep our rights from Anyone over-extending powers Not given any Authority to, has become an abuse of power in many circumstances ...We have insurance policies, and policy inforcers, and we have peace officers for starters also. Assurance or insurance. Un a lien able ..to in alienable...few know what pertains to what. What school teaches any of this to our children...standard forms are for who, exactly. Insular military or lower case inddependant states. Where are Federal navigable water rights, if US is then a Federal Corporation ? Are officers taught this ?

I desperately need someone’s advice for an extremely horrific situation. My father is 88 and my mother is 90, both are in reasonably good health, but do you have enough health problems that could cause them to pass away at any time. Originally they wanted my sister and myself as their power of attorney jointly. To make a long story short, I am 54, she is 60, every since she was a child, there has been unremitting hostility between my parents and her, and she absolutely hates me. She constantly tells my family that I’m not really part of the family because I’m adopted and she is not, my parents are literally afraid of her, she has a detailed history of defrauding people, having been married three times just for money, and then intentionally divorcing them, in fact, she was caught planting fictitious evidence in her last husband’s car, claiming she found a pair of woman’s underwear, just so she could claim it’s all his fault, and so she could get the millions of dollars he had. Luckily security footage caught her, and while she avoided jail time, it absolutely devastated her credibility. My parents still live together in their own home, and are still perfectly lucid, but they are so worried about their future, because they wanted to make me a power of attorney. Along with being the executor of both their estates. They know that my sister only cares about money. She has been faking a back injury for 30 years, she is an absolute master at cheating the system, being caught several times, actually, but somehow weaselling her way out of it with a sleazy doctor she intentionally slept with, so he would help her, but, like all the rest, she tried to take him for everything she could, and then dumped him. My sister is not stupid, she’s actually highly intelligent, but in the worst imaginable way. Today she went over to my parents house and demanded to know who was their power of attorney, because she’s constantly complaining how sick she is, and how she needs money, and because I have been the one taking care of them for years now, because I love them, and all of them, everything, not giving a damn about money, my father finally told her it was me. She went ballistic, and started threatening and screaming at my elderly parents. She walked out of the door, before slamming it shut in dad‘s face, she told them she is going to try to sue me, accusing me of, if you’ll pardon the crude expression, “kissing their ass“, so I can get my hands on their money. She actually believes that, from day one she’s called me an orphan, she has done everything in her power to make my life a living hell, and to do anything she could to drive a wedge between me, and my parents, constantly making up a lie after lie. Even though she has zero credibility, my parents still couldn’t tell her, until today, that she is not going to be a power of attorney or executor of their estate. What kind of person threatens their elderly parents with violence and legal action because she is not going to be in full control like she wants to be? I was so upset when dad called me today and told me what happened, the one thing I don’t understand is I have never said a word to her regarding money or my parents, so I don’t know where she gets this from. She is a classic, narcissist, manic depressive, even perhaps, bipolar, I can say that because I have my masters in psychology. After today, now that she finally knows, I’m going to their house tomorrow as they wanted to redo their will anyways, but I’m not sure how to handle this situation. I want to be a supportive as I can, they already know I am more than happy to act as their executor and their power of attorney, they know they can trust me, because all I care about is them. I wish they could live forever, because I love them so deeply, and I’m honoured they trust me to take on such a huge responsibility, my biggest fear is what my sister is going to try to do. After already legally threatening us today, I’m just wondering if anybody has any advice for me and for my parents. I’m sure the lawyer will fill us in, but sometimes it helps to have an outside perspective. I hate that it has to be this way, and it absolutely kills me to see my parents in tears after being verbally attacked by my sister, with whom I have absolutely no contact anymore. I decided rightly so to completely cut her out of my life years ago after she just would not stop with the accusations to the point where I was going to call the police and have charges pressed against her for harassment. I didn’t out of respect for my parents, but in hindsight, perhaps I should have, it might’ve avoided what happened today. It’s beyond upsetting, I’m a grown man and I lie awake with tears in my eyes worrying about my parents. Is there such a thing as an ironclad wheel that nobody can contest? If not, what could my sister try to take me to court for? I myself live on permanent disability. Thanks to Crohn’s disease and intestinal cancer, I’ve had 37 surgeries over the last 30 years, died once, and nearly died three more times, but what was her main concern?, As I lay dying in the hospital?, How much money was she going to get for me, she asked me that question directly on the phone, because she never came to see me in person, and we live in the same city. That was in November 2018, the last time I had surgery, that was the day I decided I wanted nothing further to do with her and my doctors were actually encouraging me to do so, because they knew I was under a lot of stress, and advise me to avoid all toxic people even if it’s a close relative. It was the hardest decision I ever made, you can’t make these decisions lightly, but I don’t regret it. Now, I am forced to face her again under even more serious circumstances, and I want to be fully prepared for every eventuality. I am praying to God someone reading this can offer some advice, hopefully somebody who’s been through something similar, and knows what to do. Luckily, I’m healthy enough to care for both my parents, and my spouse is absolutely wonderful, taking my place when I’m not able to be there for them. Both of us are going to be listed as power of attorney, and I specifically a loan for executor of the estate. I have absolutely no doubt she is going to run to her lawyers, which she has done numerous times in the past, to try to find a sneaky way to start some type of lawsuit against me with fictitious and false claims. As I said, I just wanna be prepared for anything, my parents told me today they don’t want her at their funeral, because we know what she is going to do, as long as my parents are lucid and able to care for themselves I’m OK, but that won’t be that way for long as my father is deteriorating before my very eyes, and because my mother has Parkinson’s disease, and it is progressing rapidly because of all the stress, I want to keep them, isolated from her, at their request. Please tell me there’s not much you can do, I want to be able to enjoy these last years with my parents without having to worry about her, making our lives a nightmare. She should have been institutionalized years ago, but because I am an immediate family member, I am not able to have her forcibly institutionalized, even though I have the credentials to do so. She would have to be a patient for me to do that, and because I’m no longer working, there’s nothing I can do in that regard. As a sidenote, despite all my illness and surgeries, I practiced as a psychologist and a psychiatrist for many many years, and seldom came across anyone as vicious and self diluted as her. But if I have to be honest, it breaks my heart that I no longer have a sister. Anyways, my apologies for rambling, when I’m upset I do that. Please advise if you can, it would be greatly appreciated, many many, thanks, my respects to everybody.

My eldest sister did that to my Father. I am the Successor Trustee of Dad's. I went thru hoops to get access to some information. Bank stated there was a Trust Account and she has "Moved" the funds to her personal account and put two of my siblings as beneficiaries. She claims it wasn't a Trust Account, the fact that she moved them to her personal account is the same premise. I am one of 10 kids and she is the eldest and not happy about me being the Successor Trustee. My father is still with us (89yrs) she is now trying to have me removed. Thank you for your insight
