Love this exercise especially after I've come home from a long nightshift ❤
So true but we need to remind ourselves to focus on the solution rather than fall to the problem and get lost in it. Remind ourselves to just identify but have that as an alarm to thenstop our minds from been negative and turn to the positive focus. So easy to get lost in the neg. Worth having this video set to watch each day as a reminder. Great video.
