Twist me isn’t about bdsm. It isn’t that dark compared to a lot of the others but the H is a very bad guy who does trap the heroine on an island but never ties her up or physically hurts her. It’s more about psychological manipulation. It’s a classic for a reason but I prefer her Krinar books. Little Stranger is great. Completely agree Pam Godwin, Rina Kent and Sam Mariano are awesome.

Loved Torment 1&2 so much. It helped kickstart me back to DR and I haven’t looked back since. I find MC romance really cringy as someone who knows about actually IRL MCs but honestly I loved that aspect with this duet and they did not do a bad job with it at all. The Edge of Darkness trilogy by Leigh Rivers is absolutely amazing; I HIGHLY recommend it before reading Little Stranger and then Little Liar (there is some character crossover as they’re in the same Universe and reading it in this order will stop any spoilers for TEoD). There will be a Legacy book coming out that bridges TEoD and TWoD world as well. I am reading Hills of Shivers & Shadows, my first Pam Godwin and I am already obsessed with her writing half through this book.

Anyway I will say I completely agree with you about the Frozen Fates trilogy it is definitely in my top books of all time they were masterfully written I still think about them I know Pam Godwin said she is writing more books in this universe and I can’t wait to see where she takes it.
