A few minutes of Turkey: Ephesus, Mother Mary's House, Izmir and carpet weaving.
This is the second of two short videos from 1996, taken on a brief business trip to Turkey. It shows some of the popular tourist spots of Ephesus, Mother Mary's House (where the mother of Jesus is believed to have lived after the Crucifixion), Izmir and a carpet workshop.

For the techies, this was shot on a handheld VHS-C camera, with the 4:3 ratio. It was edited and recorded in the 720x576 format

Easy! I played the VHS into a Canopus ADVC-700 converter (there were several Canopus converter models that could do this) and this produced editable DV files.
