Kurlon big name poor quality 😢 You will disappointed if u buy Kurlon mattress as they are charging more n giving poor quality. I bought kurlon mattress oct 23 n cloth is torn n cc said no warranty of cloth. Big brand give cloth stitching warranty as they assure that quality is so good that it is not needed but what to say when cloth quality is so poor that it torn in less than one year. It's better to buy local brand bcz at least you can change happily if it is torn bcz u pay less, but for kurlon u will more for same poor quality n cnt buy another mattress of 50,000. Kurlo is truly nam bade darshan chote😏😒☹️🙁😕😟😔

Not good company I bought this with 7years warranty but by 5years it got pressed in middle totally when we contacted the company they totally rejected to replace with 20% discount if any problem after 5to7 years as they had mentioned in warranty card.

दोस्तों Kurlon का Teensy mattress मैंने खरीदा था। गद्दा हार्ड जरूर है मगर बहुत जल्दी दब जाता है। मैने केवल एक से दो महीने use किया है और गद्दा दब गया हालांकि kurlon का customer care service बहुत अच्छा है।complain करने पर मुझे गद्दा रिप्लेस भी कर दिए मगर फिर भी गद्दा दब गया। मतलब आप कुछ भी करिए गद्दा दबेगा ही, मुझे ऐसा लगता है। मैने kurlon का Everfirm,Joy Model,Pure Coir and Pure Coir Str -8 mattress use किया है मगर सभी गद्दे में sagging issue आया है। इसलिए आप कुछ भी करें जब गद्दा use होगा, तब दबेगा ही। आप company को केवल complain कर सकते हैं और वे केवल गद्दा replace kar देंगे, इसके सिवाय और कुछ नहीं करेंगे। Company को गद्दा बनाने में हो रहे fault par ध्यान देना चाहिए। Kurlon ka customer care service अच्छा है मगर गद्दा अच्छा नहीं है। इसके quality में गिरावट आ गया है।

Mere pass teen mattress Hain teenon hi dub gaye hain company Ne warranty di thi mere pass Sab Kuchh hai lekin koi bhi check nahin kar raha hai main kitne videos bhi bhej diye aur sab Kuchh bhej diya mai kabhi bhi preferred Nahin karungi ki koi bhi is company ka Gadda le.
