Posting an update on Skillets training progress, he and Shrimp have both been doing much better. Both have finally gained back adequate weight and no longer look like rescues! They are finally ready to start learning basic handling and cooperative care. It’s been a longer journey than I had originally planned but I’m excited to see how things go.
Starting a horse at liberty has been a big dream of mine since I was a little kid and I’m thrilled to be able to share it with likeminded people who are ready to start their own journey with R+ or are already on a similar path.
