a question , How DMAIC is Define-Measure-Improve-Analyze-Control ?? in that case it should be DMIAC isn't it??

The center line of a control chart is not a target. It is the average performance. Targets can be found on other Lean Six Sigma tools but they are never on control charts. Control charts are voice of the process tools and a target is a voice of the customer concept.

will the certification authority screen profiles based on the pre-requisites you mentioned into the course or will they just teach and let us attend the course and appear for the exam

six sigma is the biggest joke i ever heard in my life. Ironically Amazon takes average 5-7days to deliver a package in your door.you call that is an efficientcy?the time package delivered in the city where has the distrubution center should be same time interval as you order a pizza.

Thank you for saying it in 30 seconds! Lean Six Sigma is about achieving better Customer Value. I know how that important that is, but I really don't want to do that kind of logistical job. In my opinion, this is for people with aspirations to be in "Management". I like to work "for" Management, as an Engineer, but I NEVER want to become a Manager myself. They give me objectives and goals, and I make them into "reality"; aka "products". I like working in the Lab too much!
