      These homes have lot rent from $650-$1100 a month depending on what part of the valley or age restrictions etc. Biggest factor is location

    Overall, this is a great layout. There needs to be a separation between the primary bedroom and bathroom. I would want a wall and door where the bedroom ends, and I would get rid of the wall and door between the vanity and toilet area. It will make the bathroom feel bigger while offering privacy. That’s my two cents worth of advice. 😊
