Nobody is above the club and Pep certainly isn't or any of the primadonnas swanning about on the pitch. I don't agree that Pep should be sacked though, he needs two transfer windows and a chance to rebuild and learn from his errors. He's overestimated his ageing players that they can still perform but now they've run out of Steam, both physically and mentally. His ego has gone before him and not demanded that we buy back up and replacements in the last two or three transfer windows and we as fans are now suffering because of it.
