    There seems to be a difference between the wording of an upfront contract of an unscheduled meeting and one where a meeting is scheduled in advanced - via cold e-mail for example.

    I was a very successful salesman before Sandler ... And did a fair bit of what they teach ... But ... The upfront contract is really one of the best tools for anyone in sales . In sales Time is our best ally or biggest enemy . Don't waste it on suspects , spend it on prospects
