This fantastical parable takes place long ago, when the moon was much closer to the earth than it is today. When the tide was high enough, people would row out to sea with ladders, so they could climb up onto the moon to gather moon milk. In those days, the forces of nature were very strong, and in this story, a love triangle springs up, just as they are realizing that the moon is drifting furt...

Reincarnation is real and it doesn't work this way. You are unique soul with your own personality and specific lifetimes that are individuating for your own values. Do NOT take the popular shortcut to spirituality by saying I'm everyone and everyone is me. You will open yourself to a chaos of psychic influences and get really messed up. Even if you don't believe in reincarnation you can see it's just BAD BOUNDARIES.

Thanks for putting this up. I wanted to hear Andy Weir's short story "The Egg". It's an interesting philosophical concept. Honestly it would mesh nicely with both Pantheism and the theory that the human brain is not a biological computer, but instead a transducer connected to something greater. I have to say though... I may enjoy the Juggalo interpretation of the theory (based on this short story) that mrseanbarret did over on tiktok more (mainly for the personal amusement factor)

I’m Agnostic but keep an open mind about what I observe. Since I now believe that time is not linear, perhaps I have lived all of those lives in the future and my current iteration just perhaps is my last one. I do currently feel a sense of completeness and wonder what will happen next.

Thank you for your kind compliment! It can definitely be a challenge finding good stories, although I happen to like Chandler's writing a lot. Apparently this was his least favorite story, anyway. I would very much welcome any suggestions for future material, if there's something you'd like to hear me try. No guarantees I can do it; some stories work for me, and some don't, but don't hesitate to point me in the direction of something you'd like to hear!
