These 1/24 kits are tiny!!! Hope your fingers survived! I actually didn't use any on them but I can help ask around. I'd like to think that the usual brands for any plamo kit should work?

Depending on where you're at but any hobby shop should have it. I got them from Taobao China. Their official store is listed on the platform.

Yes generally Kotobukiya products are slightly expensive, kind of like a "premium" brand price I'd say. But if you like to try out other brands apart from Bandai, Koto is always a good alternative. And if you don't mind the size they're literally palm size at 7cm lol

The stand itself cost quite a bit too for what it is lol.. but this kit does come with different hands.

The armored puppet is much smaller, about 7cm tall and it's a 1/24 scale figure.

I don't have Microman but generally the 1/24 scale kit/figures are about 7.5-8cm, Joytoy even produced some 1/25 scale mech and figures. You can look up some of my older videos on Joytoy mech.

but the "1/24" is still based on nothing. that was my point. i'm not saying these really cool toys are meaningless, just the use of a scale. a Scale is a ratio, and a ratio relates two things. Well, here we have the model as one thing and...nothing as the other. so therefore the scale is nonpoint.@@EMHobbyTV

yes. and it refers to cars in real life and buildings in real life. i am not saying any fault is with you. I am saying that a company that uses scale needs to have the scale to relate to real life things. For example, Gundam has no real life counterpart, BUT the pilots are humans, so we can reference the scale of a human to the size of his Gundam. Don't worry about it. I have since then gotten the information i needed, which is the size of the figures. i was hoping they would be a little taller, like a mech suit for a 1:24 scale human figure. But it appears that IF these robots were real then they would be the same height as human beings.@@EMHobbyTV

what is Hexa Gear? i am a collector of 1:18 scale. i think these might still work with that scale, but idk. I've yet to see a video of someone comparing these to, say, GI Joe figures or something of the 1:18 scale. My absolute favorite figures are the Microman 1999 figures, and they are 8cm tall, so BARELY 1:18 scale, if you pretend they are just a shorter race of humans (i know technically they are 1:1 scale based on the Manga/anime) and maybe these will work with MM figures. Have you seen a video comparing these to other smaller figures, like GI joe, Microman, etc?@@EMHobbyTV

Yes the display bases can make a big dio set to house the puppets!! As for Sakura you can kinda make it stand without the stand but it takes a lot of balancing and lowering the center of gravity and whatnot haha. Especially not with the huge sword!!

@@EMHobbyTV yes indeed. Their target audience is collectors but obviously with the growing interest in plastic models people who are into stuff like gunpla are trying out other lines of model kits. Look at the furai model kit line how it was intended for collectors and the content you might find is plamo related because of how people are expanding their horizons to other plastic model lines outside of Gundams

100 percent spot BUT with the new core body 2.0 I hope they fixed these issues. One thing I've noticed not just with KEMO/NO57 as well as Hexa Gear is that they're always improving - meaning the earlier kits aren't the best, unfortunately, but I believe we can see better kits in new releases?

Down the rabbit hole we go lol!!! But yes, Acid Rain World and Joytoy along with PGV are hands down the best 1/18 action figures at the moment. I'm more excited about these new IP. Personally I've put a pause on Toys Alliance, can't keep up due to price point :-(
